Health and Safety is a very high priority in the Tyndale Group. All of our Project Managers, Directors and Site Operatives are trained in safe working practice.

Our Project Managers have responsibility for health and safety on site and have all successfully completed the SMSTS 5 day training course
- one of the most highly regarded courses within the construction industry.

Similarly, our Site Supervisors have all completed the SSSTS 2 day training course.

All are actively involved in site safety initiatives, from Tool Box Talks to continuous improvement of site safety practises, such as:

The Tyndale Group employ their own qualified PAT testing engineer and own state-of-the-art testing equipment. This investment helps us to keep optimal control over portable equipment used by our fitting teams on site.

All floor layers used on major projects have appropriate CSCS cards indicating their own health and safety awareness and fitting skills. 

FloorTrain

To enhance and more formally indicate their true floor laying skills, all our subcontract Fitters are included on an approved NVQ Level 2 qualification scheme - a joint venture between the Tyndale Group and FloorTrain, the leading National flooring industry training and assessment provider.
