Commitment to Health and Safety Performance
Everybody who works for the Tyndale Flooring Group, anywhere, is responsible for getting H&S right. Good H&S performance and the health, safety and security of everyone who works for us are critical to the success of our business.
Our goals are simply stated - no accidents, and no harm to people.
The Company is, therefore, committed to:
- Compliance with all relevant current legislation, coupled with anticipation of future legislation for all H&S elements.
- Continuous review of business activities to minimise the H&S impact of our operation through;
- Continuous employee training to create H&S awareness and responsibility throughout the Company
- Consulting, listening and responding openly to our customers, employees, neighbours, public interest groups and those who work with us.
- Working with others - our partners, suppliers, competitors and regulators - to raise the standards H&S in our industry.
- Openly report our performance, good and bad.
- Recognise those who contribute to improved H&S performance, and operate zero tolerance against non-compliance.
Our business plans include measurable H&S targets. We are all committed to meeting them.
