Quality Management System accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

Originally registered to the old BS5750 standard in March 1991 we have continually updated our quality system to meet all new revisions relevant to us. In October 2008 we were successfully assessed against the new ISO 9001:2008 standard. Every one of our branches is accredited to ISO9001 in its own right.

We have industry specific quality procedures in place and a dedicated Quality Manager to demonstrate the investment and commitment the Group makes to maintaining its quality standards and reputation.Customer Satisfaction

In 2008 the group initiated an extensive customer satisfaction review, starting in the London region.

We have written bespoke database management systems enabling us to record all feedback and to collate industry best practice. This enables us to benchmark ourselves against our competition and generate Key Performance Indicators and opportunities for improvement.

This system is now being rolled out across the Group.
