Enhancing our strong reputation for quality workmanship, the Tyndale Flooring Group operate a Quality Management System accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
Originally registered to the old BS5750 standard in March 1991 we have continually updated our quality system to appropriate modern standards and at the end of October 2008 we will be audited by BSI to the upcoming ISO 9001:2008 standard. Every one of our Branches is accredited to ISO9001 in its own right.
We have industry specific quality procedures in place and a dedicated Quality Manager to demonstrate the investment and commitment the Group makes to maintaining its quality standards and reputation.
Throughout 2008 the group initiated an extensive customer satisfaction review, starting in the busy London region.
We have written bespoke database management systems enabling us to record all feedback and to collate industry best practise. This enables us to benchmark ourselves against our competition and generate Key Performance Indicators and opportunities for improvement.
This system is now being rolled out Group wide
