It is the declared policy of the Tyndale Flooring Group that they will ensure that they consistently meet agreed customer requirements in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery.

This objectives will be achieved by operating a Quality Management System that will satisfy, as an absolute minimum the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

The Managing Director, with the assistance of the appointed Quality Manager has overall responsibility for the management of the Quality system and the regular review of its effectiveness in the quest for continuous improvement.

The Management of the Tyndale Flooring Group will ensure that adequate resources are made available and that all staff are suitably trained in order that they may carry out their tasks in a competent and efficient manner.

Each and every employee from within the Company has an equal commitment towards the success of the Quality System and a responsibility to ensure that their assigned tasks are performed to satisfy the requirements of the customer in compliance with ISO 9001:2000.

Processes and procedures will be reviewed for effectiveness on an ongoing regular basis and where necessary improved upon in order to ensure best practice prevails.
